MARCO FURNITURE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases from SBZ GLOBAL PTY LTD (ACN 631780982), trading as Marco Furniture ("Marco Furniture," "we," "us," "our")
1.2. By purchasing from us, either online or in-store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which operate alongside Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and other relevant legislation.
2. Warranty Overview
2.1. The Warranty applies from the date of product receipt.
2.2. The Warranty covers the repair or replacement of products with manufacturing or material defects, excluding normal wear and tear or inherent characteristics of the materials.
2.3. The Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to secondary purchasers.

3. Consumer Guarantees
3.1. Consumers are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for major failures as per ACL.
3.2. Products that fail to meet acceptable quality standards will be repaired or replaced unless the failure is minor.
3.3. All Warranty limitations also apply to consumer guarantees under ACL.
4. Exclusions
4.1. The Warranty does not cover:
- Products sold as seconds, display pieces, or with known defects.
- Damage due to unauthorized repairs, improper use, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
- Modifications, tampering, or use with inappropriate accessories.
- Use of products outdoors (unless specified).
- Products purchased from third parties not affiliated with Marco Furniture.
5. Change of Mind Policy
5.1. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days if products are unopened, with a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Standard orders can be cancelled before delivery, subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
6.2. For fully paid orders, refunds will be issued as store credits or exchanges only, with no cash refunds for change-of-mind cancellations. Refund Policy
7. Pricing and Payment
7.1. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
7.2. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, EFT, Latitude Financial, cash, Marco Furniture vouchers, Zip, and Afterpay. Or as advertised.
7.3. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders remain unaffected.

8. Order Processing and Delivery
8.1. Orders are processed after receiving full payment.
8.2. Delivery times depend on product availability and location, typically within 1-3 weeks from product availability.
8.3. Standard delivery covers the main entrance; delivery to apartments or high-rise buildings requires pre-arrangement.
8.4. Delivery fees vary by location and may change based on order modifications.

9. Storage Policy
9.1. Orders can be held for up to 6 weeks from product availability without extra cost. Extended storage incurs additional fees.
9.2. Customers must arrange alternate storage or delivery within the specified period.
10. Special and Custom Orders
10.1. Custom orders are made overseas and may face shipping or material-related delays.
10.2. Special and custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed, with a 50% termination fee applicable if cancelled.
11. Liability and Indemnity
11.1. Marco Furniture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Product Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and warranty validity of your furniture, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Leather Upholstered Furniture: Avoid direct sunlight; use approved leather care products.
- Fabric Upholstered Furniture: Vacuum regularly; avoid sharp objects.
- Timber Finishes: Use coasters; clean with a damp, non-abrasive cloth.
- Marble and Stone Surfaces: Wipe spills immediately; use mats under hot items.
- Glass Surfaces: Clean with a soft cloth; avoid sharp or hot items.
- Chrome and Metal Finishes: Dust regularly; use chrome polish as needed.
